DATE: 25th APRIL, 2018 P.C.:- Petitioner challenges transfer, which was effected in 2013. Admittedly, there was no interim order passed in the present Petition. Period of five years has lapsed from the date of the said order. Petition has lost its efficacy in these circumstances. In any event, transfer was to the place which was situated only at a distance of 25 kilometers. No case is therefore made out for interference. Petition stands rejected.
