Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP.

502-APPP-782-19.doc that by an order dated 28th February 2019 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, the Bail Application was allowed and the Applicant was permitted to furnish the solvent surety along with the PR bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- within a period of six weeks. He states that after passing of the order, the Applicant has been unwell and the Application annexes the medical services which show that the Applicant has been suffering from various ailments and therefore, he has not in a condition to furnish solvent surety. Therefore, the Applicant applies for a further period of four weeks for furnishing the solvent surety.

Having considered the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has a genuine case for not furnishing the solvent surety on time and accordingly, grant a further period of four weeks to the Applicant for furnishing the solvent surety. 4.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
