Despite direction given by this court to the petitioner to deposit Rupees Four Crores, that amount has not been deposited so far. By our order dated 19 July 2016 we have vacated the interim order. Till today, the said amount is not deposited. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non compliance of the order.
