Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 21 June 2017. The learned Counsel for Respondents No. 2 and 3 waives notice.

Taking into consideration that the show cause notice to give explanation within three days and as such in contravention of Rule 42 of the Goa, Daman & Diu School Education Rules, 1986, there shall be stay to the impugned notice.

Later on at 3 p.m.

The learned Counsel for the Respondents No.

2 and 3 on written instructions states that the show cause notice dated 5 June 2017 impugned in the present Petition is withdrawn by the Respondents authorities.

In that view of the matter, the Petition has served its purpose and disposed of as such. However, in the event, any fresh action is taken against the Petitioner, the withdrawal of the Petition would not come in way of the Petition in challenging the same.
