Matter is placed before us by the Registry as the Petitioners have not reported compliance of the order dated 20th August 2015.

By the said order, we have allowed the petition in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- by the Petitioners to Central Police Welfare Fund within the period of two weeks. One year has past, but the Petitioners have not made payment of cost.

The order dated 20th August 2015 is self explanatory. If cost is not paid, order cannot be allowed to enure for the benefit of the Petitioners. Hence, order dated 20th August 2015 quashing the FIR No.141 of 2015 registered with Pydhonie Police Station is recalled. Writ petition is dismissed.

Phydhonie Police Station shall proceed with the investigation of FIR No.141 of 2015 registered against the Petitioners. 5.

Registry shall communicate this order to Phydhonie Police Station.
