The petition is filed seeking directions to respondents to file charge-sheet in FIR No.I-28/2012 registered with Sagari Police Station, Satpati, Palghar.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP on instructions, makes a statement that after completion of the investigation into the said FIR, "A" Summary Report is filed before the learned Magistrate. In support of his statement, he produced a report dated 18th January, 2016 of the ACP of Sagari Police Station, Satpati. The said report is taken on record. 3.

In the light of the above statement, the petitioner-in-person seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to contest the "A" Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No.20 WP 2352.15 Summary Report. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the disposal of the petition, criminal application No.450 of 2015 will not survive for consideration and the same is also dismissed.
