The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a praecipe for speaking to the minutes of order dated 10th December, 2013. By the said order, the above civil application was dismissed as no case was made out for intervention. However, inadvertently, it was transcribed that the writ petition was dismissed. Thus, the paragraph 2 of the said order be substituted and read as under:

"2 No case is made out for intervention in the above civil application. The civil application, accordingly, stands dismissed."
