On oral motion moved by learned Counsel, leave to amend. The Petitioner is permitted to amend the prayer clause to incorporate challenge to the order dated 18 June 2022 below Exhibit-1 whereby the learned trial court has closed the proceedings for order. 2.
The learned Counsel for the contesting Respondents fairly has no objection if such amendment is permitted.

The petition be amended forthwith.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that he is not pressing the challenge to the orders dated 10 June 2022 and 13 June 2022 whereby the applications for production of the handwriting expert' s opinion are rejected provided he is permitted to address the Court and argue the matter.

I do not see any difficulty in permitting the Petitioner to advance arguments. The orders dated 10 June 2022 and 13 June 2022 are, therefore, set aside, with liberty to the Petitioners to advance arguments. 6.
The indulgence shown to the Petitioner is subject to the condition that the arguments shall be concluded by the Petitioner within the next four days. This order be brought to the notice of the learned Trial Judge today since the matter is already on board. 7.
The petition is disposed of in above terms.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, the civil application does not survive and the same is also disposed of. 9.
The parties may produce authenticated copy of this order before the trial court.
