DATED : 11th JULY, 2022 P.C:- In the wake of the limited role assigned to the present applicant who is arraigned as accused no.2 and the charge being filed against co-accused, he is attributed role of introducing the complainant to the accused no.1 Mosin Patel, pursuant to which the complainant invested the money. The learned APP do not dispute that this is the limited role assigned to the present applicant.

He therefore, deserve protection from arrest, subject to the stipulation that he shall render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer.

O R D E R

(a) The Applicant - Sarfaraz Musa Patel in connection with C.R.No.760/2017 registered with Dindoshi Police Station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer. The Applicant should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall attend to the police station on every Thursday between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when directed.
