Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.1656 of 2022, registered with Hadapsar Police Station, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 380 and 507 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code").

When the application was listed before the Court, on 6th June, 2023, this Court was persuaded to grant interim bail opining that prima facie there appeared to be dispute about the possession of movable property amongst the applicant 1/2

34-ABA1591-2023.DOC and the accused, who shared Flat No.1004, Tower 19, Amnora Town Hall, Hadapsar, Pune.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in terms of the directions in the aforesaid order the applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and cooperated with the investigation.

The learned APP concurs with the said statement. 6.

For the reasons which weighed with this Court in granting interim bail and having regard to the nature of the accusation and the punishment the offences entail, I am impelled to make the order of interim bail absolute. 7.

Order of interim bail dated 6th June, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. 8.

The applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional court.

Application stands disposed.
