Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is delay of 31 days for filing the appeal. Applicant has challenged impugned order passed by the Tribunal on the ground that the Tribunal has not considered facts laid by the applicant and exorbitant compensation is awarded by the Tribunal. The delay is caused due to official procedure as applicant is the government undertaking body. Hence, requested to condone the delay.
