The grievance raised by the Petitioner is that his request to pay every month 10% of amount from the earning of the wife has been turned down. Hence this Petition.

In our opinion, remedy lies somewhere-else, and by any stretch of imagination, the writ jurisdiction cannot be invoked for redressal of such grievance which would raise disputed question of facts. It is informed by the learned APP, on instructions, that after filing of this Petition, the Petitioner has been released from jail.
