The petition is against an interlocutory order of rejection of prayer of the petitioners for grant of stay. I am informed that the revision of the applicants preferred under Section 256 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is already pending before the Additional Divisional Commissioner. 2.

In the aforesaid background, this Court refrains itself from causing interference with the interlocutory order of rejection of interim relief, as since 2001 till 2017 mutation entry was not in the name of the petitioners.

The petition as such stands dismissed.
