DATE :- JULY 15, 2015 P. C. :- This petition challenges the order dated 13/03/2015 by which the Petitioner has been declined inspection of certain documents referred to in the application at Exh.21. The Appeal Court, has rightly observed that the Respondents have not relied upon the documents, of which inspection has been claimed. In such circumstances, it cannot be said that the Appeal Court has committed any jurisdictional error in making the impugned order. This petition is accordingly dismissed.
