The Applicants have applied for transit bail apprehending their arrest in C.R.No.219/2023 registered at Tilda Newra Police Station, Raipur Chattisgarh for offences punishable under sections 409, 420 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the Applicants and learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties. 3.

Learned counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants have received notice under section 41(c) of Cr.P.C. He seeks interim protection 1/2

P.H. Jayani 36 ABA1593.2023.doc till the time the Applicants are able to approach the appropriate Court and seek the relief of pre-arrest bail. Hence, the Application for transit bail is allowed on the following terms and conditions :- (a) In the event of arrest of the Applicants in C.R.No.219/2023 registered at Tilda Newra Police Station, Raipur Chattisgarh, they shall be released on transit bail for a period of ten days on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount ; (b) This protection is granted for a period of ten days from the date of the order to enable the Applicants to approach the Competent Court for seeking appropriate relief. 4.

The Application stands disposed of.
