On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of this petition as the Petitioner's case for grant of approval to the appointment of "Shikshan Sevak" of which the proposal was already sent by the Management on 10.09.2015, is pending since 2015 so also the representation dated 05.06.2017. Therefore, Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within eight weeks in accordance with law. The Petition is disposed of in the above terms with liberty. No order as to costs.
