The Applicant apprehends his arrest in C.R.No.315/2023 registered with Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 323, 324, 326, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties. 3.

By order dated 20/07/2023, this Court had granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned APP, on instructions, states that pursuant to 1/2

P.H. Jayani 23 ABA1595.2023.doc the said order, the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer. He has been interrogated and his presence is not required for the purpose of custodial interrogation.

In the light of said statement and in view of the reasons recorded in the order dated 20/07/2023, the interim bail stands confirmed. The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required.

The Application stands disposed of.
