Civil Application No.1396 of 2018 has been filed for restoration of the First Appeal that was dismissed on 06/07/2017 for want of prosecution.

2] We have heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and perused the contents of the Application. Though prayer is opposed by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent, 1/2
