The limited grievance raised in the application / petition which has been forwarded by the petitioner to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice is that he was not allowed, at the relevant time, to meet his relatives. 2.

Learned APP, on the basis of the written instructions received from the concerned authority, submits that the concerned authority has taken a decision to transfer the petitioner to the jail at Sangli so as to enable him to meet his relatives.

In our opinion, the grievance of the petitioner has been taken care of by the decision of the concerned authority to transfer the petitioner to the jail at Sangli. In that view of the matter, nothing further survives for consideration. Writ Petition stands disposed of. 4.
