Heard learned counsel for the applicant on the application for bail during the pendency of the appeal. Also heard the learned APP for the State.

The applicant is convicted for the offence under section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and sentenced to suffer RI for two years. He is also convicted for the offence under section 13 (1) (d) and 13 (2)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and sentenced to suffer RI for three years. Respective fine amounts were awarded. Reportedly, fine amount is deposited. The applicant was on bail during the trial and till filing the appeal. Considering these circumstances, the applicant be released on same bail as granted by the trial Court with fresh bonds. Bail before the trial Court. Application is disposed of.
