The Applicant had approached this Court earlier on two occasions vide Bail Application No.632/18 and Bail Application No.3271/18.

In Bail Application No.632/18 on the first occasion this Court (Coram : Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) vide order dated 21/06/2018 had allowed the application to be withdrawn, after the matter was argued at length by learned Counsel for the Applicant.

Subsequently this Court (Coram : Nitin. W. Sambre, J.) again vide order dated 22/06/2019 passed in Bail Application No.3271/18 had dismissed that bail application for want of prosecution.

Now third time the Applicant has approached this Court for his release on bail. There is no change in circumstances of facts of the case. Therefore I am not inclined to entertain this application. However, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of this application as well. In this view of the matter, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
