None for the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that elections have already taken place. The challenge in this Petition is to the rejection of nomination of the Petitioner to contest the election of the Managing Committee / Board of Directors of Respondent No.2 Bank. I am not inclined to entertain the Petition as the election process not only commenced pursuant to the filing of the Petition but elections are also held. Reserving the right of the Petitioner to adopt such remedies as may be available to him, the Petition is dismissed with no orders as to costs. (M.S. KARNIK, J.)
