On the earlier occasion, we had indicated to the advocate appearing for the applicant that he must take steps if he wants to obtain a discharge. It appears that there is negligence in also not attending to this case from the date this Civil Application has been filed. It has been filed on 20th June, 2012. In these circumstances, the Civil Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
