DATED : 27th AUGUST, 2021 P.C:- The applicants were admitted to interim protection on recording the statement of the learned counsel that they shall deposit the entire amount in this Court within a period of four weeks from today.

2/2 18 ABA 1663-21.doc This persuaded me to admit the application for interim protection, subject to the stipulation that they shall deposit the amount of Rs.2,57,000/- in this Court within a period of four weeks.

However, there is failure to deposit the said amount and the learned counsel Mr.Shivarkar make a statement to that effect. In such circumstances, interim protection in favour of the applicants stands vacated.

Mr.Taludkar i/b Mr.Shivarkar who is unable to attend the Court on account of personal difficulty, on the basis of instructions from his clients seek leave to withdraw the applications.

Applications are disposed of as withdrawn.
