Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He submits that the learned APP for the State, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, had made a statement in Criminal Application No.290 of 2022 that 'C' summary report has been filed in the said case but the same has not been accepted, till date.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition,which seeks quashing of the FIR, as now, nothing survives for consideration.
