The grievance of the petitioner is that the caste validity claim of the petitioner is pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee - respondent No.2. He submits that the final arguments have already been heard by the Committee and the order in regard to his claim for validating his caste certificate is pending.

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3
2 904a) wp6188-18.doc has issued a letter to the first respondent and that they are bent upon to terminate the services of the petitioner for want of submission of caste validity certificate. The case of the petitioner is that for no fault on his part, he will be losing his job. 4.
Keeping this in view and in view of the fact that the final order of the Caste Scrutiny Committee is awaited, we dispose of the petition by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee to pass appropriate order on the caste validity claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Till the matter is decided by the Caste Scrutiny Committee, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner by respondent No.3.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
