DATE: 8th November, 2017 P.C.:- 1] The limited grievance raised in these Petitions is that, though the proposal for grant of approval to the Petitioners' appointment has been submitted, the same is not considered by Respondent No.2 - Education Officer.

2] In that view of the matter, we dispose of the Petitions with direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the Petitioners' appointment, as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3] Till the proposal for grant of approval to the Petitioners' appointment is considered and decided, there shall be status quo as of today in respect of the posts occupied by the Petitioners. 4] In view of disposal of these Petitions, Civil Application taken out in Writ Petition No.6829 of 2017 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
