ORDER:- Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the parties.
We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as the relief is claiming only to the extent of directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner, which is pending since 6 March 2014 as the same is the basis for admission in first year of Engineering Degree Course.

ssm 2 19-wp5714.15.sxw The statement is made that the son of his paternal uncle has already granted the Caste Validity Certificate by the Caste Scrutiny Committee. Therefore, in the interest of justice and to avoid further complications, we are directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner within Nine months from today.
However, it is made clear that there is no question of taking any action against the Petitioner, pending the final decision of the Caste Scrutiny Committee.
The Petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty. Rule disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
