Petitioner has been convicted under section 302 of IPC with life imprisonment. His appeal is pending before this Court. 3.

The reasons for adverse police report are not apparent from order dated 24/1/2019 or from appellate order passed in April 2019. 4.

In this situation, we direct the competent authority viz., Dy. I & G (Prison), Central Region, Aurangabad to pass fresh order within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The petition is partly allowed and disposed of.
