He tendered across the bar the said Consent Terms dated 11th March, 2020. The said Consent Terms are signed by the Appellant and the Respondents. Their signatures have been duly identified by their respective Advocates. 1/2

Verifications of Mr. Manvir Singh Kaushal and Mr. Surinderpal Singh Kaushal are annexed separately at page Nos.1 and 2 to the said Consent Terms. Appellant and the Respondents are personally present in the Court and they admit execution of the Consent terms. The said Consent Terms dated 11th March, 2020 are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Undertakings mentioned in the said Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court by the respective parties.

Appeal is accordingly disposed off, in view of the Consent Terms dated 11th March, 2020.

In view of disposal of the Appeal itself, nothing survives in Interim Application Nos.4203 of 2021, 4202 of 2021 and 4201 of 2021 and are also accordingly disposed off.
