The only prayer sought in this application is to issue directions to the Sessions Court for deciding the application preferred by the petitioner seeking permission for issuance of passport.

Learned counsel for the applicant urged that the application for permission to obtain passport had been filed in the Sessions Court on 13th January, 2021 and since then it is pending before the Sessions Court. The prosecution has filed reply to the said application.

Considering the fact that the application is pending before the Sessions Court since January-2021. The Sessions Court is requested to decide the said application expeditiously within a Sunny Thote

This order shall be communicated to the Sessions Court immediately.

Writ Petition is disposed off.
