Appellants-Insurer has challenged the impugned judgment and award dated 27th August, 2019 passed by M.A.C.T, Pune in M.A.C.P No.237 of 2017, inter alia, praying for stay to the execution, implementation and operation of the said Judgment and Award.

In view of the statement made, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a).
