1) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in view of the amendment to Section 14A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 an appeal would lie against the impugned order before the Division Bench of this Court. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file substantive appeal against the impugned order.

2) Leave and liberty granted.

3) Application is disposed off as withdrawn.

4) However, with a view to facilitate the applicant to file a substantive appeal the interim relief granted by an order dated 16.6.2016 shall remain in force for a period of 3-weeks from today.
