The Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that though attempts were made to contact the Appellant, no contact could be established and therefore he is bereft of instructions. The Learned Counsel further states that the factual situation has changed in as much as subsequent elections have been held. In view of the fact that the Learned Counsel for the Appellant is bereft of instructions as also having regard to the supervening event, the above Letters Patent Appeal is disposed of as having turned infructuous. In view of the disposal of the above Letters Patent Appeal, the Civil Application (L) No.173 of 2012 does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of.
