The petitioner's grievance is that seat of Sarpanch for the Grampanchayat of village Ajiwali, Maval ought not to have been reserved for OBC woman. It is submitted that in the year 2000 the seat of Sarpanch was reserved for OBC Woman category, in 2005 it was reserved for Open Male and in 2010 it was for open category. 2.

Learned A.G.P. submits that in accordance with the prescribed rules and figures of populations, reservation has been done. 3.

In view of the statement made, no interference is warranted. Petition is disposed of.
