Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he wanted to avail of the alternate remedy of approaching the Sessions Court. He seeks liberty to withdraw this Petition to approach the Court of Sessions. 2.

Permission is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition. As far as liberty to approach the Sessions Court is concerned, he may do so if it is permissible in law. If any such proceedings are filed before the Sessions Court, those proceedings shall be decided in accordance with law. 3.

With these observations, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
