After the matter was heard at some length, the petition is disposed of by passing the following order by consent of Counsel of both the parties :

(i) The Industrial Court shall dispose of the Complaint, being Complaint (ULP) No.55 of 2015, latest by 7 May 2016. (ii) It is clarified that the disposal of the complaint shall not be held up on any ground, including pendency of complaint (ULP) No.308 of 2011 as well as Writ Petition No.7588 of 2014. (iii) It is also clarified that Complaint (ULP) No.55 of 2015 shall Pg 1 of 2

wp6679-15.doc be disposed of on its own merits in accordance with law, without being in any way influenced by any observations made so far either by the Industrial Court or by this Court.

(iv) For expeditious disposal of the complaint, both parties shall appear before the Industrial Court on 23 March 2016 at 11 a.m. (v) Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 shall be at liberty to place on record the reply of Respondent No.1 to the writ petition herein in the office of the Court, since the reply is anyway considered by the Court at the hearing of the writ petition.
