Petitioner's caste claim issue is pending before Respondent No. 2 since 2013.

After considering the submissions so made and the fact that the petitioner's claim is pending though the petitioner's father has already got a validity certificate being Borey 1/2

spb/ 914wp6355-17.odt belong to "Rajput Bhamta" caste, we are inclined to direct the Respondent Committee to decide the caste validity application of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within three months.

This order is subject to final order and decision of the Caste Scrutiny Committee. It is made clear that if any adverse order is passed/communicated to the petitioner that should not be acted upon for further period of four weeks. We direct the Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 to release the result of the Petitioner of B.Tech Examination (final year) and issue mark-sheet also.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms with liberty.

Parties to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order, issued by the Registry.
