The learned APP has brought to my notice that the Applicant herein had filed ABA/492/2022 in respect of the same crime being C.R.No. 600 of 2020 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Mumbai by suppressing the fact that he had already filed the present application for bail.

Considering the above conduct, the Applicant is allowed to withdraw the application with cost of Rs.5000/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai.
