DATED : 2nd AUGUST 2022 P.C:- The applicant was released on cash bail by order dated 25/3/2022. He was directed to furnish P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties within a period of six weeks.

Since the sureties could not be arranged within the period stipulated, counsel seek extension of time. He submits that the application for obtaining surety is already submitted on 4/5/2022 and it is pending.
