Perused the orders. In the order dated 15.6.2018 it was noted that none appeared for the petitioner and the respondents and the matter was adjourned to 29.6.2018. On 29.6.2018 as and by way of last chance, the matter was adjourned till today. Even today none appears for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this Petition. Hence the Petition is dismissed in default. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. In view of disposal of main Petition, Civil Application No.2244/2010 does not survive and the same is also disposed of. Order accordingly.
