Heard learned counsel for the parties.

As stated in the earlier orders, controversy is surrounding the Petitioner's service book with Respondent No. 5- Management. On 23 February 2024, we had directed that the Petitioner and representative of the Management will attend the office of the Education Inspector in respect of the service book. Learned AGP states that the updated service book has been received and further steps would be taken to forward the same to Respondent No.1. Once the updated service book is so received by Respondent No.1,

Husen 2 9 WP-3845-2021.doc Respondent No. 1 will have to take a decision regarding the Petitioner's pensionary benefits. Learned AGP states that the updated service book would be forwarded within a period of 2 weeks. Thereafter, Respondent No. 1 will take decision as per law within a period of 6 weeks. In case any party is aggrieved by the said decision, we leave it open to them to take recourse to the available legal remedies, to be considered on their own merits. 3.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
