By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought direction to the respondent No.3 to register the FIR against the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11th April, 2017, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit C" page 18. 2.

Mr. Kapadnis, learned APP submitted that the petitioner is not co-operative and at one stage, he himself did not want to register the offence. He submitted that if the petitioner approaches the Senior Police Inspector of Chandan Nagar Police Station, his statement would be recorded and FIR would be registered and after investigation, appropriate report would be filed. Ms. Jagdale, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner would approach the Senior Police Inspector of Chandan Nagar Police Station on 16th October, 2017, at 11.00 a.m. The statement is accepted.

In view of above, Ms.Jagadale, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the grievance of the petitioner no more survived. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed off. 5.

All concerned to act upon a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Registry of this Court.
