P.C.:- After advancing the arguments for a while and after it was expressed that this is not a fit case for grant of bail, the learned counsel for the Applicant, under instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application. He however, submits that the Applicant is in custody since 9.2.2012 and that the charge has been framed and trial has not yet commenced. He therefore, requests that necessary directions may be given to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the matter expeditiously. Leave is granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering that the Applicant is languishing in jail since 2012, the learned Trial Court shall endeavour to complete the trial as Megha 1/2
