The brother of the deceased has filed this Application for cancellation of bail granted to Suhas Prabhakar Shinde by order dated 17/01/2019 passed by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) in Criminal Bail Application No.2296/2018. Said Suhas Shinde is not impleaded as a party. Learned APP states that chargesheet has already been filed.
