Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant. None appears for the Respondent, though the Respondent is represented. The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, states that the Applicant has been regularly depositing a sum of Rs.12,000/- p.m. in terms of the impugned decree. A photo copy of the pass-book of the Applicant is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. 2.

The Family Court Appeal challenging the decree for restitution of conjugal rights has been admitted. Therefore, till the disposal of the Appeal, the operation and execution of the decree for restitution of conjugal rights will have to be stayed.

Accordingly, we dispose of the Application by passing the following order:

ORDER
