DATED : 19th JULY 2021 P.C:- On 19th May 2021, the applicant was enlarged on temporary bail for a period of two weeks in view of the medical emergency faced by her. While releasing her on bail, this Court this Court recorded that the applicant is having history of heavy vaginal bleeding with passage of clots and though she was referred to Government hospital, it did no good to her. Considering the medical report dated 15th May 2021, she was released on bail for a period of two weeks. The extension of the said period is sought by the present application by placing reliance on latest medical Tilak

2/2 43 IA 1812-21.doc report of 9th July 2021, where the applicant is advised to undergo abdominal hysterectomy in the first week of August. She is also advised rest of three months since the date for the said operation is not certain.

Learned counsel for the applicant state that he will withdraw the application for extension and the applicant would surrender, in terms of the order dated 19th May 2021, tomorrow ie. 20th July 2021 by 10.00 am.

Learned counsel, however, seek liberty of this Court to approach, in case of medical emergency when a date for the hysterectomy is scheduled. Reserving the liberty as prayed for, application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
