The Applicant had earlier approached this Court vide A.B.A. No.1121/2024. On 24.4.2024, following order was passed :

"1. After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, the learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. 2.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of accordingly."

Inspite of this order, within a short time this present Anticipatory Bail Application is filed without citing any change in circumstance. Learned counsel for the Applicant could not point out any change in circumstance. 3.

There has to be some sanctity attached to the statements and submissions made before the Court. The matter was argued, as is recorded in that order and thereafter permission was sought for unconditional withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application. Permission was accordingly granted. I view of that order, I am not inclined to entertain the present Application. The Application is dismissed.
