By this petition, the petitioner has impugned two communications dated 3rd November 2021, issued by the Senior Inspector of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Pune City, by which, the police have imposed a restraint on transfer of properties mentioned in the impugned communications dated 3rd November 2021. The said two communications dated 3rd November 2021 are at Exhibit "K" on N. S. Chitnis 1/2

29-wp.2355.2022.doc page Nos. 138 and 139 of the petition.

Learned APP, on instructions of PSI - K. D. Chaudhary, E.O.W. Pune, who is present in Court, states that the E.O.W. has taken a decision to withdraw both the said communications, which are at page Nos. 138 and 139 of the petition. Statement accepted. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned APP, on instructions, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
