(Copy of which is annexed at page 58 to the petition.), if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible and within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order. It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. The proposal shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. All contentions raised in the petition are kept open.
